Introduction
:- India
is the land of problems. She has been facing a number of problems since
independence. Not to speak of their solution , their number increasing by leaps
and bounds. This increase in problems is a great obstacle in the country’s progress.
It is making all economic plannings meaningless.
Effect
:- the most serious problem being faced by our country is the problem of
unemployment. It gives rise to the other problems like over population ,
soaring price , dowry etc. owing to this problem the development of our nation
becomes of little importance. Our government should take some drastic steps to
solve this problem as early as possible.
Causes:-
India
is passing through a very hard time now a days. The problem of unemployment has
become very serious. if this problem be not tackled in a proper way. It may
take a serious turn. There are many causes of this problem in India . The
greatest cause of them is over population. The population is increasing very
fast but the jobs can not be increased in that proportion. So a large number of
people remain unemployed.
Another
cause of unemployment is our defective system of education . the present
educatin is bookish. It does not prepare students for life. Machines are also
responsible for this problem these machines throw thousands of persons out of
work. the cottage industries, which give employment to the people, are
disappearing. Gandhiji warned the people
against the industrialization- ‘india
need not have mass production but production by masses.’
Conclusion:-
there is an awakening in the society against this problem. It has drawn the
attention of our government. A number of measures have taken by the government.
We are happy to note that our government is fully aware of solving this
problem. In our five-years plans the government has allotted crores of rupees
for this purpose.
